Through the Website you can explore our camper models, configure them, book visits and test drives, request information about financing or rental, read the blog and access your customer area (“Mi camper” and the Nomade App). The information on the Website is provided for general and commercial information purposes: the purchase of a vehicle is always formalised through the sales contract and the pre-contractual documentation we provide before signing, which prevail over the content of the Website.

3. Use of the Website

As a user, you agree to use the Website, its content and its services diligently and in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, you agree to:

• Not use the Website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm Nomade Nation or third parties.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorisation, or interfere with their operation.
• Keep your customer-area credentials safe: they are personal and non-transferable, and any action taken with them is deemed to be taken by you. If you suspect unauthorised use, write to us at contact@nomade-nation.com.
• Provide truthful, up-to-date information in our forms.

You will be liable for any damage caused by a breach of these obligations.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website (text, photography, video, designs, logos, trademarks — including the Nomade Nation brand —, structure, code and other elements) belongs to Nomade Nation, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view, print and store it exclusively for your personal, private use. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes, in any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Nomade Nation.

Country-level geolocation — which proposes a market and time zone on a first visit — runs on our own servers against a MaxMind database; the visitor’s IP address is not sent to MaxMind. This product includes GeoLite Data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, social networks, our partners’ platforms or external AI assistants). Nomade Nation is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. You may link to the Website provided you do so fairly, without suggesting any sponsorship or relationship that does not exist and without reproducing our content within another site.

6. Liability

We work to keep the Website running normally and its information up to date, although we cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors; we will correct them as soon as we become aware of them. Nomade Nation is not liable for damage arising from a use of the Website contrary to these terms, or for information introduced or manipulated by unrelated third parties.

8. Consumers: complaints

If you are a consumer, official complaint forms are available to you at our premises, and you may also contact the public consumer authorities where you live. For any complaint about your purchase or our services, the fastest channel is contact@nomade-nation.com — we are committed to replying as soon as possible.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you browse or contract as a consumer, any dispute will be resolved before the courts of your place of residence, as provided by law. In relations with businesses or professionals, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona.

Nomade Nation may update this Legal Notice to reflect legal developments or changes to the Website. The current version, with its last-updated date, will always be published on this page. This is a courtesy translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
