Warranty
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Every Nomade leaves our Montcada i Reixac workshop after passing the quality controls of each production phase. The warranty exists so you can travel with peace of mind: if something is not as it should be, we put it right.
Your warranty at a glance
| Element | Coverage | Who responds |
|---|---|---|
| Camper conversion — furniture, electrical system, water and bathroom systems, and the installation of all equipment | 3 years from delivery | Nomade Nation, directly |
| Base vehicle (Fiat Ducato) | 3 years from delivery (legal guarantee) · plus the vehicle manufacturer’s own warranty, with assistance across its official network throughout Europe | Nomade Nation as seller; the manufacturer’s official network as service channel |
| Factory-installed equipment and accessories from other brands (heating, fridge, solar panels, air conditioning, awning, etc.) | 3 years from delivery (legal guarantee) · many also carry their manufacturer’s own warranty and service network | Nomade Nation in all cases; the equipment manufacturer as an additional channel |
What the law says
If you buy as a consumer, your new camper comes with a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery covering the entire vehicle — base vehicle, conversion and installed equipment — under the Consolidated Text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021).
- The legal guarantee is free of charge: it covers diagnosis, parts, labour and whatever is needed to restore conformity.
- During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
- You may choose between repair or replacement of the affected element, unless one of the two is impossible or disproportionate. If we do not resolve it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may request a price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, the termination of the purchase.
- We guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years after the model is discontinued.
Purchases made by companies or professionals (including fleets) are governed by the terms agreed in their contract.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear from use and the passage of time.
- Consumables (bulbs, fuses, batteries, filters).
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use, or by failure to carry out the maintenance set out in the manual and in each equipment’s documentation.
- Damage from accidents or external causes (impacts, weather events, power surges external to the vehicle).
- Faults arising from unauthorised modifications or non-homologated alterations — which may also affect the vehicle’s type approval.
How to make a claim
- Write to us at contact@nomade-nation.com (or call +34 658 09 49 74) with the registration plate or VIN, a description of the issue and, if you can, photos or video.
- We log your case and confirm the next step and timings. Every case is tracked until it is closed.
- Resolution: depending on the element affected, the work is carried out at our Montcada i Reixac workshop or, for the base vehicle, at any point in the manufacturer’s official network — we guide you in both cases, including if you are travelling outside Spain.
Tell us about any lack of conformity as soon as you notice it: it helps us resolve it sooner and stops a minor issue from becoming a bigger one.
Legal note
This page is an informative summary. The terms applicable to your vehicle are those of the sales contract and the warranty documentation that accompanies it. Nothing described here limits the rights that consumer law grants you as a consumer, which prevail in all cases. This is a courtesy translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
