Social Media Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Nomade Nation is present on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Our profiles exist to share what we do, answer your questions and build community — the Nation. This policy explains how we process your data when you interact with us on those platforms, in compliance with the GDPR, the Spanish LOPDGDD and the LSSICE.

1. Data controller

Nomade Nation, S.L. — Tax ID (C.I.F.) B09622879 — Carrer de la Telemàtica, 16-18, 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona), Spain — contact@nomade-nation.com.

By following one of our profiles or interacting with it, you consent to our processing, within the platform itself, of the public information on your profile and your interactions (comments, reactions, messages).

2. Joint controllership with the platforms

For page statistics (“insights”), Nomade Nation and the platform act as joint controllers, limited to the production of aggregated audience statistics:

For all other processing that each social network carries out with your data, the platform alone is responsible, under its own privacy policy: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube.

3. Why we process your data

  • Replying to you: handling your comments, mentions and direct messages.
  • Community: publishing news about our models, events and Nomade life, and interacting with you.
  • Measurement: analysing, in aggregate, which content resonates most, using the platform’s own statistics.
  • Advertising: we may promote content using the targeting options of the platform itself. We do not upload your data to the platforms to build custom audiences.

Your data is not added to our own systems (CRM) unless you ask for it — for example, if you message us requesting information or a quote. In that case our Privacy Policy applies.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability:

  • Before the platform, through your account’s privacy settings — the most effective route for content that lives on the social network.
  • Before Nomade Nation, by writing to contact@nomade-nation.com, for the content we control (our posts and any data you have given us). We will only ask you for additional information to verify your identity if there is reasonable doubt.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

5. Community guidelines

We want our profiles to be a good place. By taking part, you agree to:

  • Post only content you own or have permission to share, respecting third parties’ intellectual property and image rights.
  • Not post content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or contrary to the rights of others.
  • Not use our profiles for spam, self-promotion or commercial purposes unrelated to the conversation.

We may remove content that breaches these rules and, in serious or repeated cases, restrict interaction. Nomade Nation is not responsible for content posted by users.

If you share content featuring our brand and we would like to repost it, we will ask for your permission first.

6. Minors

Our profiles are not aimed at children under 14. If we detect the participation of a child under that age, we will remove their data from our spaces.

7. Changes

Any update to this policy will be published here, with its date. This is a courtesy translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
