Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This policy explains which cookies nomade-nation.com uses, what they are for, and how you can manage them at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used, for example, to remember your language, keep your session open or measure, in aggregate, how the website is used. Some are set by us (first-party cookies) and others by providers that render services to us (third-party cookies).
2. How we handle your consent
This site sets strictly necessary technical cookies, exempt from consent under art. 22.2 LSSICE, and — only if you allow it — analytics and marketing cookies.
The first time you visit you will see a notice with three equally visible options — Accept all, Reject all and Configure —, with no pre-ticked boxes. Until you choose one, no analytics or marketing cookie is set: simply browsing, scrolling or doing nothing is never consent, and closing the notice does not mean accepting it.
You can change your mind at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link in the footer. If you withdraw a category we delete its cookies and stop loading its scripts. We keep your decision for 180 days — the same period whether you accept or reject — and we will ask you again at most every 24 months.

B. What we do not use
We do not use Meta pixels (Facebook, Instagram), session-recording tools, or third-party behavioural advertising cookies beyond those listed. Nor do we use the analytics or marketing cookies to take automated decisions with legal effects on you. If we ever add a new tool we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting it.
4. Third-party policies
When you allow the analytics or marketing categories, two third parties set cookies on this site. You can read their policies here:
- Google (Analytics and Ads): policies.google.com/privacy
- HubSpot: legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy
5. Managing cookies from your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
6. What happens if you block cookies
Nothing serious: the website works just the same. It simply will not remember the language or region you have chosen, it will show you the region notice again, and forms protected by the anti-bot verifier may not go through.
7. Updates and contact
We will review this policy whenever the cookies we use or the applicable rules change (including the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency). Questions? Write to us at contact@nomade-nation.com. This is a courtesy translation: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
